School-based in-service teacher training in Montenegro: A handbook for policymakers and practitioners

This handbook builds on experiences and materials from a three-year school-based teacher development project organised by the European Training Foundation (ETF) and the Centre for Vocational Education in Montenegro.

The purpose of the publication is to capture and take
forward the teaching and learning methodologies
implemented in Montenegro and to produce guidelines for the organisation of similar competence development of teachers in other ETF partner countries.
