Press Release: Commission takes Netherlands to Court for student fares discrimination

The European Commission has decided to take the Netherlands to the Court of Justice of the European Union for discriminating against students from other EU countries who are prevented from benefitting from discount fares on public transport which are offered to Dutch students.
