EU Commissioner: Offshore Leaks transformed tax politics

In the light of the recent report on criminal tax evasion by the non-governmental organisation Offshore Leaks, on the 5 June 2013 European Union Comissioner Algirdas Semeta spoke about the transformation of tax policy making and the important role of investigative journalism.
