Memo: Statement by Commissioner Štefan Füle on political consultations on implementation of the Sejdić-Finci judgement

Statement by Commissioner Štefan Füle upon arrival at the Delegation of the European Union/EU Special Representative Office on 11 April 2011 in in relation to the implementation of the European Court for Human Rights judgment in the Sejdić-Finci case in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Narrow party and ethnic interests continue to prevail over genuine engagement to end the constitutional discrimination of many citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and bring the legislation in line with the European Convention on Human Rights.
