Cyprus bailout: Finance Minister Michalis Sarris quits

Cypriot Finance Minister Michalis Sarris resigned on the 2 April 2013, after completing talks on a controversial bailout deal for Cyprus with the European Commission, European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund.

Mr Sarris was replaced by Labour Minister Haris Georgiades.
