In view of the new outbreak of conflict in the Central African Republic (CAR), the EU Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection, Kristalina Georgieva, has expressed her serious concern for the people affected and her sympathy for humanitarian organisations whose bases have been ransacked.
