The European Commission has approved a €25 million package to support transition in Libya. It consists of three programmes focusing on sectors which are important for stability and for delivering on expectations of the people (Education, Health Care, Security and Rule of Law). The approved programmes will take effect early in 2013 and will be financed from the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI). |
