Cypriot President slams ‘unjust’ EU crisis solutions

EurActiv reported that the Cypriot President Demetris Christofias said in his New Year 2013 message that the EU response to the ongoing economic crisis had worsened social injustice and failed to bring lasting solutions. Cyprus had held the rotating EU presidency in the second half of last year.
