The European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA), in November 2012, launched a new Good Practice Guide on co-operation and coordination between Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERTs) and Law Enforcement Authorities (LEAs).

The report establishes that such cooperation is essential in the fight against cybercrime. The study focuses on identifying the current gaps and possible synergies, and provides five recommendations on how to improve co-operation.
