This joint seminar organised by the Danish Presidency of the Council of the European Union and the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) explored the opportunities and challenges of interpreting and implementing the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU.

The report focuses on EU and national opportunities and challenges, and the work of law and policy makers, complaints mechanisms, specialised human rights bodies and civil society organisations.
