¿Emergencia de la esfera pública europea o europeización de las esferas públicas nacionales?: el caso de España, de las elecciones europeas de 2004 al referéndum sobre el Tratado Constitucional de 2005

Throughout the European elections in June 2004 and the referendum on the Constitutional Treaty on February 2005 in Spain, a study was conducted on whether it’s practicable the attainment of an European public sphere or if there’s a tendency for the Europeanization of national public spheres. The analysis instruments used were the opinion surveys conducted with Spanish citizens and electoral campaigns, to study the topics introduced in the public debate and analyse whether the influence of European issues is sufficient to affect domestic issues or even these act as a filter.
