Press Release: Commission urges Poland to transpose provisions of directive on marketing of fodder plant seed mixtures

The European Commission has asked Poland to notify national implementing measures providing for certain derogations for marketing of fodder plant seed mixtures intended for use in the preservation of the natural environment as required by Directive 2010/60/EU.

The Commission's request to Poland takes the form of a "reasoned opinion" under EU infringement procedures.
