European Foreign Policy Scorecard 2012

The European Foreign Policy Scorecard is an innovative project that provides a systematic annual assessment of Europe’s performance in dealing with the rest of the world. The scorecard assesses the performance of the 27 member states and the EU institutions on 80 policy areas arranged around six themes:

+ China
+ Russia
+ United States
+ Wider Europe
+ Middle East and North Africa
+ Multilateral issues

The second annual edition of ECFR’s 'European Foreign Policy Scorecard’ suggests that Europe is now a problem for the economic prospects of the rest of the world, rather than part of a solution to the world’s problems.
