Gender equality and climate change: Review of the implementation in the EU of area K of the Beijing platform for action: Women and the environment: Main findings

This publication summarises the main findings of the European Institute for Gender Equality's (EIGE) report on implementation of one of the twelve areas of concern of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action for Equality, Development and Peace (BPfA). The report focuses on the participation of women and men in decision making in the public sector, related to climate change, and segmentation of education by gender in scientific and technical fields.

This Report is based on a study prepared by Milieu Ltd and Life e.V. for the use of the European Institute for Gender Equality.
