Juncker wants ‘reconstruction commissioner’ for Greece

The EU should appoint a special commissioner dedicated solely to the reconstruction of Greece, Eurogroup chief Jean-Claude Juncker said on the 29 February 2012. But his 'reconstruction commissioner' found few fans amongst other EU leaders or the Greeks.
