Union for Mediterranean and ETF sign agreement

The Director of the European Training Foundation (ETF), Madlen Serban, and the Acting Secretary General of the Union for the Mediterranean, Lino Cardarelli, signed a letter of intent and agreed on the main areas of cooperation between the two institutions in Bari, Italy, on 30 January 2012.
