The TMclass database (previously known as Euroclass), managed by the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM), brings together the classification databases (goods and services descriptions or terms) of each participating trademark office to facilitate the process of classifying goods and services. This classification is a necessary step when applying for a trademark, whether an international trademark, a community trademark which provides trademark protection in all the EU states, or a country specific trademark.

The tool was developed as part of OHIM’s Cooperation Fund and Convergence Programme initiatives.
