Leaked report challenges EU line on Serbian judiciary

EUObserver reported on a leaked report which suggested that Serbia's reform of the judiciary system in 2011 is riddled with inconsistencies, intransparent and subject to political pressure. This assessment sharply contradicts the official EU account of the state of affairs in the Balkan country.
