The publication is collecting the results of the KAS consultancy project Belarus-EU. It gives the overview of the key areas which need to be reformed in order to fulfil European requirements.

The consultancy project Belarus-EU was a collaborative work of a team of authors, representing different Belarusian think tanks, as well as experts from Germany who are familiar with the problems associated with EU integration and enlargement. The project was aimed at analysing the process of the pro-European transformation of Belarus and presenting an inventory list of those changes that should take place in the country to bring it closer to Europe.

This publication is not intended just to record the results of the transformation, but is thought of rather as a foundation for further analysis of the transformation process.
