Two new Commission regulations on ATM/ANS enter into force

The first Commission Regulations on Air Traffic Management and Air Navigation Services (ATM/ANS) based on EASA’s opinions were adopted in October 2011. With the adoption of these two Regulations, important new elements have been introduced in the European regulatory framework, which will contribute to the achievement of a high and uniform level of civil aviation safety across the European States.
