The Court of Justice has set aside the judgment of the General Court and the Commission Decision in so far as the latter imputed to Elf Aquitaine participation by its subsidiary, Arkema, in a cartel on the market for monochloroacetic acid. However, the Court of Justice has dismissed the appeal lodged by Arkema. |
