Article reports that a drive toward deeper integration in the eurozone during the autumn of 2011 was provoking a backlash from those European Union member states outside the single currency club. Their chief concern was that they will be excluded from eurozone discussions about policies – from taxation to financial regulation – that could have direct bearing on their own economies.
