Working conditions of nationals with a foreign background

This report from the European Working Conditions Observatory (EWCO) presents an overview of the employment and working conditions of nationals with a foreign background and nationals with a different ethnic affiliation. It highlights the scarcity of relevant data on these groups in EU countries and the different interpretation of EU legislation in debates across the EU27 on ethnic data collection.
