Report from the Commission – Interim evaluation report on the results obtained from and the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the implementation of the Civil Justice financing programme

The Decision of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 September 2007 which establishes for the period 2007-2013 the Specific Programme ‘Civil Justice’ provides that the Commission must present to the European Parliament and the Council an interim evaluation report on the results obtained and the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the implementation of the Programme no later than 31 March 2011.

This report complies with that obligation: it describes progress on the programme since its adoption in September 2007 and summarises its main achievements.
