South Mediterranean: ETF promotes social dialogue in education and training

The European Training Foundation (ETF), in July 2011, launched a three-year (2011-13) regional project to support a more active engagement of social partners in vocational education and training (VET) in the countries of the Southern and Eastern Mediterranean. The ETF’s initiative will concentrate especially on continued education and lifelong learning. It will involve social partners in Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, occupied Palestinian territory, and Syria, as well as the social partners and other organisations in the EU.
