Crisis allows China to ‘divide and rule’ Europe: Report

EurActiv previews the findings in a report 'The Scramble for Europe' to be published by the European Council on Foreign Relations in July 2011. China is 'taking over Europe' by stealth bond purchases and strategic investments, exploiting internal divisions arising from the financial crisis, according to the report.
