Dalai Lama envoy urges Van Rompuy to speak out on Tibet

Herman Van Rompuy, President of the European Council, visited China from 15 - 18 May 2011. EUObserver reported that an envoy of the Dalai Lama urged him to speak out on repression in Tibet during the visit.
