The 'Torino Process' is a participatory review of progress in Vocational Education and Training (VET) policy launched in 2010 by the European Training Foundaton (ETF) to build the capacity of national stakeholders in assessing VET reform. The Torino process operates on a two-year cycle in all partner countries with ETF support. |
