UK GDP growth stagnant at 0.5%

Britain’s economy stagnated over the six months October 2010 - March 2011, official figures from the Office for National Statistics issued on the 27 April 2011 showed, with output no higher in the first quarter of 2011 than in the third quarter of 2010.
