EurActiv reported that Bulgarian students spend many months and pay considerable amounts of money to secure recognition of university diplomas obtained in other countries of the European Union. Such heavy procedure and unjustified proceedings have fallen under EU scrutiny and the European Commission might seek legal action, the EU executive said in April 2011. |
