EU diplomats in Afghanistan rattled by shooting

EU Observer writes about the incident that happened on 12 April 2011, at the EU’s Ambassador’s office from Afghanistan. The EU's ambassador to Afghanistan, Vygaudas Usackas, said his staff is shocked after a bullet hit the window of his office.

This accident comes a several days after the massacre at a UN compound in Mazar el-Sharif.
