Eastern countries resisting high bailout burdens

EurActiv reports on the reaction of a group of Eastern European countries to the controversial structure of the European Stability Mechanism (ESM). The discussions, carried from 18 to 21 March 2001, are not going smoothly as some countries fear they will bear an unfair share of the bailout burden.
