Estonia’s ruling centre-right coalition won a decisive victory on 6 March 2011 at the general election as voters rewarded it for piloting the economy through crisis and into recovery.

The Reform party of Andrus Ansip, Prime Minister, gained two seats to 33 in the 101-seat parliament, while Pro Patria Res Publica Union, the coalition partner, advanced four seats to 23.
