This report is based on discussions that took place at two workshops organised by the EUISS on ‘Unfinished Business in Europe’ in Natolin, Poland (12-13 July 2010) and in Bucharest (4-5 October 2010), focusing respectively on the Balkans and on Eastern Europe. A particular emphasis was placed on EU and US approaches to regional relations and domestic transformation in the region. |
