A number of meetings between UK Government Ministers and the agriculture Ministers of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales were held in London on 19 November 2010, following publication, the previous day, of the European Commisssion's paper, 'The CAP towards 2020'. Discussions with the European Commissioner for Health and Consumer Policy, John Dalli, also touched on the electronic identification scheme for sheep (EID). |
