Scientists from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) organised a colloquium on emerging risks relating to the food supply chain on 12-13 October 2010. The colloquium coincided with the publication of a technical report, 'Development and implementation of a system for the early identification of emerging risks in food and feed'.
