EurActiv reports Turkmenistan's President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov as saying on the 30 September 2010 that his country had the capacity to almost quadruple its gas exports in the next 20 years and was ready to meet demand from Europe. Turkmenistan did not currently supply gas to European countries, with exports going directly to Russia, Iran and China. |
