The IIEA’s International Financial Reform Working Group came together in 2009 and evolved in various formats from then up to March 2010. Three reports, which make up this study, emerged from the process. The author of the first and third reports is William Scally. The author of the second report on the EU dimension is Shane Fitzgerald. As is stated in the preface, this second report 'is an invaluable guide for anyone wanting a short well-informed analysis of the EU’s attempts to deal with the defects of the global financial system.' |
