Memo: Creation of the EU-LAC Foundation

On 18 May 2010, in Madrid during the VI EU-Latin America and the Caribbean Summit, Heads of State and Government will announce the creation of the European Union-Latin America and Caribbean (EU-LAC) Foundation. The European Commission is contributing to the Foundation with €3 million euros up to 2013.
