A policy laboratory for entrepreneurial learning launched in Croatia

The South East European Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (SEECEL), held a conference in Dubrovnik, Croatia, on 10-11 May 2010, at which it launched a programme of activities designed to road-test a number of EU policy recommendations, the aim of which is to build a more entrepreneurial Europe.
