Commission links CAP reform to 2020 economic agenda

EurActiv reports European Commission officials as saying at the congress of the International Federation of Agricultural Journalists in Brussels, 22 April 2010 that the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) should be reformed in a way that unlocks the potential of rural areas to contribute to the bloc's economic growth strategy for 2020.
