EU ministers’ tug of war over ‘Europe 2020’ strategy

EurActiv reports that ahead of the European Council, 25-26 March 2010 focusing on a discussion on the long-term 'Europe 2020' plan, EU labour and finance ministers appear to disagree over the exit strategies to be put in place to lifting the bloc out of recession and reduce massive unemployment.
