Mexico outlines road to Cancún climate conference

Report of visit by Mexico's Environment Minister Juan Rafael Elvira Quesada to Brussels, March 2010 to discuss with EU Environment Ministers the way forward for climate change negotiations. Mexico is the host of the next high-level UN climate conference on climate change, is working to draw up objectives for the Cancún talks, which will be held in November 2010.
