French ‘reflection group’ on CAP reform raises eyebrows

Articles discusses the composition and objectives of a reflection group set up by French Agriculture Minister Bruno Le Maire to look at the future of Europe's agriculture policy, February 2010.

Separately, 15 NGOs have formed another group, called 'PAC 2013', which will formulate six proposals for the future CAP.
