Press Release: UK and Spain co-host unprecedented European Women’s Summit

An unprecedented number of women Ministers from across Europe gathered at a summit in Cadiz, Spain, on 3 February 2010. The 'European Women in Power Summit' was part of the Spanish presidency of the EU, and was co-hosted by the UK Minister for Women and Equality, Harriet Harman, and Spanish Equalities Minister, Bibiana Aido Almagro.
