Russia stops oil shipments to Belarus

Article reports that Russia stopped shipments of oil to Belarus January 2010 following a dispute about pricing.

The cut off follows the failure of negotiations between Minsk and Moscow in the closing days of 2009 on new tariff arrangements for transit of Russian oil onward to Europe.
