EU agrees on tight 2010 budget at 122.9 bln euros

Negotiators from the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union agreed on the details of the 2010 European Union budget on the 18 November 2009.

The European Parliament formally voted to adopt the 2010 budget on the 17 December 2009.
