Article reports George Papaconstantinou, the Greek Finance Minister presenting the 2010 budget for Greece on the 5 November 2009. He said that Greece would face another year of recession in 2010 with the economy set to shrink by 0.3% on top of a 1.5% contraction in 2009.

The new Socialist government still hopes to reduce the 2010 budget deficit to single digits through targeted spending cuts and a crackdown on tax evasion.
