Miliband denies campaign for EU job

Article discusses the rumours circulating in EU circles, October 2009, that UK Foreign Minister David Miliband is being touted as the new High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy once the Treaty of Lisbon comes into force.

Mr Miliband reported he was not available for the post and continues to support the campaign to get ex-UK Prime Minister Tony Blair as the new President of the European Council.
