The Third European Union-Brazil Summit was held in Stockholm on 6 October 2009 chaired by the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Sweden, Mr. Fredrik Reinfeldt, in his
capacity as President of the Council of the European Union, the President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Mr. Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, and the President of the European Commission, Mr. José Manuel Durão Barroso.
